Manchester vibes 🌆✨
From the moment we checked in, the staff were super friendly and just knew when to help without being too much, which I loved. The room was sharp-sharp, really comfy bed—eina, slept like a baby! Brekkie was also lekker, good variety and freshly brewed coffee.
Only downside was the WiFi was a bit slow at times, but we made it work.

Convenient location near public transport.
The air conditioning was inconsistent during my stay, making for two uncomfortable nights. I also expected better for the price, since the room was quite ordinary and lacked surface space. the self-check-in system felt impersonal and could use some improvement.

The location was spot on, walking distance to everything we wanted. Staff were super helpful, especially Annie at the front desk. The room was clean, and having Chromecast on the TV was a nice touch. We enjoyed a great breakfast with good variety. 6/5 stars for service!

Howay! I had a canny time, loved the brill location and the staff were proper friendly. My room was reet spotless with a big comfy bed, just perfect for a work stay. Bit dear for a Tuesday night, but happy to come back if there's a deal!
